Our Promises To You**
We promise to be your advocate.
We promise to believe you.
We promise to prioritize your safety and security.
We promise to explain things to you so that you can make decisions that you feel good about.
We promise to protect your bodily and decision making autonomy.
We promise to never keep secrets from you.

Preconception
The preconception consultation hours give us the opportunity to work with you early on, get to know you and your individual needs and work together towards the goal of pregnancy. We work with the body and not against it, record your current condition and look for solutions with you. To do this, we use our knowledge of hormones and the cycle, but also body work, meditation or hypnosis and, if necessary, bring other experts on board, for example for acupuncture or psychological care.
Pregnancy
Regardless of whether it is a physiological, uncomplicated pregnancy or a high-need, high-risk pregnancy, we know both from our midwifery work in acute care hospitals and can competently support you on your journey. As with preconception, we rely on proven tools and work closely with the supervising gynecologists. We help you strengthen your bond with your child and gain confidence in your body.
We strongly recommend seeking midwifery support in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Postpartum Period
The postpartum period is probably the most intensive time in the care process and allows us to work with you in a completely different way. You have grown and need to get to know yourself, the new family member and each other again. An exciting time full of questions that we are happy to answer. We are there to help and advise you and accompany you through every big and small step during the first 56 days after birth.
Parents who were not able to take a child back home with them also go through a postpartum period and are supported by us.
